Abstract

the continuing education is fundamental to the process of formation of teacher and educational coordinator is primarily responsible for this process. This work seeks to investigate how important pedagogical coordinator in the continuing education of teachers and as professional pedagogical coordinator comes playing the role of a trainer. To do this, we conducted a bibliographic study, developed from the analysis of authors such as: Tardif, Libâneo, Miranda, Saviani,  among others. And a field survey in E.E.B.
