THE EMINENCE OF DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND THE CHALLENGES IN THE APPLICATION OF LABOR LAW

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to discuss the eminence and development of disruptive technologies and the impacts caused in the area of Labor Law, mainly in its application to a specific case. The project aims to provide a real view of these new technologies and the absence of specific legislation for the correct application of the law. This objective has special relevance, considering the contribution to the legal security of workers, bringing the discussion about the correct subsumption and will extinguish an erroneous interpretation, which has been attributed to the disruptive technologies that have contributed so much to the working class. Furthermore, for the purpose proposed in this project to be successfully achieved, in-depth bibliographic research will be necessary in the Brazilian legal system, in scientific articles, doctrines and other books, whether physical or digital. Therefore, we aim to achieve positive results regarding the research present here, so that the disruptive economy is recognized as a way of corroborating the revolution in economic activities, breaking the usual forms of employment relationships and how this affects the Brazilian legal system.
