This study aimed to analyze the strategies described in the scientific literature that may contribute to increasing vaccination rates in children up to one year of age in Brazil. The methodology adopted was an integrative literature review, which followed the PICo strategy to delimit the search for studies. The Population (P) was composed of children up to 1 year of age, the Phenomenon of Interest (I) involved strategies to increase vaccination rates, and the Context (Co) was Brazil. The data sources included research databases such as LILACS, BDENF, and MEDLINE, with studies published between 2019 and 2024 being selected. The main results identified that expanding vaccination coverage depends on strengthening Primary Health Care (PHC), addressing socioeconomic inequalities, training health professionals, combating vaccine hesitancy, and implementing educational campaigns adapted to local realities. Studies also highlighted the role of Community Health Agents (CHAs) and the importance of public policies tailored to the needs of vulnerable populations. The study's conclusion reinforces that increasing vaccination rates requires multifaceted and collaborative approaches, involving different actors from the health system and society. The proposed strategies offer a viable path to improving vaccination coverage, promoting child health and well-being in Brazil.
