This article discusses the importance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards for companies, with a focus on Faber Castell. It explores how these standards contribute to the company's quality, logistics, and environmental management system. The historical evolution of the industry, from the Industrial Revolution to modern concepts of humanistic and sociotechnical management, is also addressed. The article analyzes how Faber Castell demonstrates commitment to product quality, employee involvement, and environmental sustainability. However, opportunities for improvement are identified, such as implementing structured customer feedback methods and defining specific environmental goals. It is concluded that the systematic adoption of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards can strengthen Faber Castell's position as a responsible and conscientious company, promoting positive impacts on society and the environment.
