This article aimed to identify and understand the influence of training on the Quality of Work Life (QWL) of employees in a supermarket company in Manaus, identifying and analyzing its effects. The company, fictitiously named W, was the focus of the study. The research adopted a quantitative-qualitative methodology, carried out in two stages. In the first stage, a questionnaire was applied to 30 workers to collect identification and characterization data. In the second stage, 12 employees participated in semi-structured interviews, with a script based on previous studies. The analysis of the interviews followed the technique of thematic content analysis by frequency, according to Bardin (2016). The results revealed that training impacts both the professional and personal spheres of workers, resulting in improvements in QWL, categorized into 10 main sub-areas. The research highlighted that training plays a significant role in promoting QWL, reinforcing the importance of continuous development programs in organizations.
