This article discusses traffic education in adult education to achieve inclusion of subjects. Although the Education Guidelines and Bases Law does not specify this theme in adult education, it is possible to reflect on it from the traffic legislation and the 1988 Federal Constitution. The research methodology used is an exploratory bibliographic review. Education is a social right and education is increasingly considered in all age groups, to face responsibilities and unfold possibilities throughout life. Both young people and adults are faced with the need to prepare themselves, with regard, for example, to the issues of the labor market, mental health and traffic education. In view of the traffic violence that causes deaths and daily injuries to people of all social and educational levels, it is necessary to promote an attitude of respect for life. Everyone who becomes a driver, in all vehicle categories, but also everyone who is exposed daily to the advantages and risks of means of transport, needs to be trained for the citizen exercise of urban mobility. This has implications for the development of adult education, towards education for life.
