The purpose of this study is to reflect on and analyze the main challenges and difficulties in relation to remote education faced by education professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as to highlight the relevance of including technology in the teacher training process. The evolution of technology is the result of the advancement and development of science, which has the power to impact and transform current and future generations. However, it is not a simple event; it is essential to take coordinated action and be aware of who the participating agents are, in particular: education professionals. The conclusion is that it is essential to include technology in school practices, which is a way of improving the teaching-learning process and the training of education professionals. As a proposal, structured interviews were carried out with teachers working in different areas, highlighting the relevance of the theme, this work carried out literature analysis for the selection of this study.
