This article brings into your approach a research developed through analysis and website description. The aim is to verify what features offered by websites to promote English language teaching and learning and language abilities appropriated tobasic education students. In this way the sites have a focused content for students and teachers. The research is qualitative character and the information presented is informed by the Foreign Language PCN (1998) which approaches the social interactionism studied by thinker Vygotsky (1998), among other authors.
