The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of technologies and multimedia resources on instructional design, highlighting how these tools can enrich the teaching and learning process. The central theme addressed the strategic integration between instructional design and multimedia resources, exploring their advantages and challenges. The methodology used was based on bibliographic research, involving the analysis of various works by renowned authors in the field. Silva et al. (2024) discussed the importance of aligning learning materials and activities with educational objectives through instructional design. Dubugras (2020) emphasized the need for a systematic process in planning and executing educational activities, including context-specific evaluation methods. Santana et al. (2021) highlighted the fundamental role of Digital Information and Communication Technologies in democratization and digital inclusion. Gomes et al. (2024) addressed the challenges of instructional design in analyzing human performance problems and implementing effective solutions, stressing the importance of an organized and coordinated team. The results indicated that the integration of technologies and multimedia resources in instructional design significantly improves the quality of education, making it more accessible and engaging. The main conclusions reinforced that the effective use of technological resources is crucial for expanding educational capacities and promoting active citizenship. The study also pointed out the need for further research to explore effective implementation strategies in different educational contexts.
