This study explored the integration of digital tools in the context of Instructional Design (ID), highlighting how these technologies can transform and enrich pedagogical practices in modern education. The main objective was to analyze how digital tools, when integrated into ID, enhance personalization, accessibility, and collaboration in the educational process, while addressing the ethical challenges associated with this integration. The methodology adopted consisted of a literature review, as defined by Gil (2009), involving the analysis of academic literature, articles, books, and conference reports discussing the use of digital technologies in education. Among the key authors consulted, notable contributions came from Silveira et al. (2011), Santana et al. (2021), and Guimarães et al. (2023), whose work provided significant insights into the application and effects of digital technologies in ID. The results indicated that while digital tools offer remarkable opportunities for improving education, they also pose challenges, particularly concerning ethical issues and management in the educational environment. The conclusion emphasizes the need for a careful approach in implementing these technologies, suggesting that, despite the challenges, the effective use of digital tools can significantly enrich the learning environment.
