Abstract

The ongoing research will address financial education and its intelligent management, it is known that the topic is quite important and generates major global discussions that focus on reaching the entire society. The topic is relevant and brings a unique and necessary impact to everyday life in the face of exacerbated consumerism and the lack of financial control. The general objective of the study is to reflect on financial education and its conscious management. And specific objectives include: discussing conscious consumption in the face of debt, analyzing the main forms of accumulation of debt among individuals and families and verifying strategies to avoid debt. The topic covered was chosen because it is a very current topic and encompasses aspects that are related to the daily and social lives of thousands of Brazilians. Qualitative bibliographic research was used where authors, articles and legislation were analyzed in order to understand the subject to better explore and expose a concise dialogue with the reader.
