This article aims to examine education and prison work as a resocialization tool, comparing the approaches of Brazil and Argentina in the context of Comparative Law. It investigates how these two countries deal with offering inmates study and employment and how this affects their reintegration into society after serving their sentences. To do this, the text will be divided into a few steps. Initially, it makes some comments about the importance of the principle of human dignity in the prison context. Afterwards, an approach is made to the relevance of comparative law for legal analysis. Nest, training programs within the prison system under Argentine law are analyzed. Next, the article analyzes reintegration policies, focusing on the professional qualifications of prisoners in Brazil. Finally, the study highlights differences in prison labor policies, including legislation, training programs, and employment opportunities inside and outside prisons. The work will be developed using the inductive method, based on doctrines, Brazilian and Argentine legislation and scientific articles on the topic.
