Abstract

Violence in football is a social phenomenon that exists in many countries around the world. In this work we aim to show a pioneering practice in the fight against violence in soccer stadiums in Pernambuco. The interest in this field-theme refers to the work that was developed in the period of 2015 and 2016, within the scope of action in the Court of Justice of Pernambuco, more specifically in the Special Civil Court and the Consumer and Criminal Relations of the Fan Innovation (JETEP), with the fans who were complying with the alternative measure. The restorative practices were carried out with the participation of several professionals from various backgrounds such as law, social work, psychology and pedagogy and also in the articulation of the network, which facilitates the promotion and guarantee of Public Policies.
