This study investigated patient satisfaction at a university outpatient clinic and highlighted its importance as an indicator of service quality. Despite concerns about pre-surgical anxiety and hospital infrastructure, patients expressed overall satisfaction with the care received. The findings emphasize the need for clear communication about surgical procedures and a welcoming hospital environment. These insights can inform ongoing improvements in healthcare services to ensure a positive experience for all patients.
