The scientific article addresses the construction of resilience in the journey of female hypertrophy, a topic that gains prominence due to the increasing participation of women in the realm of weightlifting and bodybuilding. Resilience is essential in this context as women face unique challenges such as gender stereotypes, social pressures, and physical obstacles. The study investigates psychological, behavioral, and physical strategies that women adopt to overcome such adversities and achieve their muscle hypertrophy goals.It begins with an analysis of factors influencing female resilience in the hypertrophy journey, including self-confidence, determination, and social support. Next, specific training techniques for women are explored, taking into account their physiological differences compared to men. Psychological aspects such as body image and intrinsic motivation are also discussed as key elements in building resilience during the female hypertrophy process.Furthermore, the article addresses the importance of education on proper nutrition and supplementation to support muscle growth and maximize results. Strategies for dealing with frustration, injuries, and plateaus are presented as integral parts of the female hypertrophy journey. Finally, recommendations are offered for healthcare and fitness professionals working with women seeking hypertrophy, aiming to promote resilience and well-being throughout the process.
