Conflicts are situations that are usually conduits to happen in the classroom, during the interaction of children and in the establishment of their relationships. It is in this context that the conceptions and strategies of resolution regarding these situations are established. The conflicts have been a focus of study of several areas of knowledge such as sociology and psychology that contemplate several researches that direct to this target. Our proposal in the development of this work is to understand and highlight the understandings that have been established based on the conception of the main mediators of conflicts that occur in the classroom, especially in early childhood education: the teachers. Initially, this research configures a qualitative nature, bringing bibliographical methodological aspects related to conflicts according to some productions found in the Brazilian Digital Library of theses and dissertations and other platforms, we also conducted an interview with a kindergarten teacher. The results obtained show that conflicts are part of the relationships and should be considered by educators as possibilities of developing skills in their students, helping in their development and establishment of their interpersonal relationships.
