In the research presented, the objective was to investigate, through the case study method, possible actions that would improve the performance of a company's production processes. This case study was carried out through websites, articles, and books for theoretical basis, to verify theories that would contribute to better productive efficiency of a toy factory located in the state of Santa Catarina, which presented unsatisfactory results in the manufacture of a toy motorcycle. Thus, a literature review on Lean Manufacturing, PDCA cycle and total quality control was necessary, so that it was feasible to analyze possible improvement actions. As a result, it was possible to suggest the automation of a process, to avoid failures and denote the implementation of actions and methods for continuous improvement.
