Abstract

This article aims to demonstrate the challenges teachers face. Due to the way in which information and communication technology, ICTs, was inserted into everyday school life and into the lives of most education professionals. In order for professionals to be able to use ICT correctly, it is necessary to effectively train and train these professionals, so that any and all forms of commitment and technological development can be used today amidst difficulties and technological gaps within and outside classrooms. Given this understanding, this study aimed to identify the challenges faced by basic education professionals in elementary school II and high school at Escola Estadual Pastor Amaro de Sena, as its specific objective is to analyze how ICTs are influencing new attitudes and attitudes in the classroom. With a theoretical and practical basis in the field of technological use, which is essential for good pedagogical practice. Thus denoting the importance of professional training and training for the usability of technological advances in everyday school life.
