The collection was carried out on Campus I of Universidade Iguaçu – RJ. Cardiovascular risk was assessed through anthropometric measurements, flexibility and blood glucose in young university students. A high rate of sedentary lifestyle (86.2%) was observed, resulting in reduced trunk flexibility. In addition to increasing blood pressure levels in men.
