Abstract

This article examines the intrinsic relationship between educational management and innovation in the contemporary era, highlighting emerging challenges and opportunities within this dynamic landscape. We discuss recent transformations in the educational field, emphasizing the increasing demands for innovative pedagogical practices and effective management. Adapting to a constantly evolving technological landscape, integrating renewed pedagogical methods, and developing enhanced management strategies are explored in depth. The article aims to provide critical insights and practical recommendations, based on an extensive literature review and critical analysis, for educators, administrators, and policymakers interested in promoting quality, equitable, and innovative education.
