The present study seeks, through a narrative research, to analyze the popular representation of the judiciary, according to the beacons of Nancy Fraser's theories, in the proposed judicial demands to guarantee the population's access to health-related rights, as well as pass in view of the so-called “activist” stance of said power’s state in the implementation and guarantee of fundamental and human rights.
