: Recognizing that education is linked to the evolution of society itself, it is necessary to consider the appropriate approach to the teacher at the present time as well as understand the issues that may interfere with this process. The use of technology still presents a challenge for many teachers in the development of teaching. Questions and reflections on what are the real educational potential of technology for teaching and learning process, how they can influence the pedagogical actions, are present in educational research. The use of digital resources in education has been incorporated by schools as a tool in the teaching-learning process. With the advent of information and communication technologies (ICT) in schools show up challenges and problems related to the spaces and times that the use of new and conventional technologies causes in practice that occurs daily at school. With the evolution of technology, new communication possibilities are emerging, especially for teaching. Being aware of the importance of Information and Communication Technologies - ICTs in education and aiming to propose to the teachers computer use in the classroom, it was to became interested in doing a literature search, providing a discussion of the information technology resources as a pedagogical tool at school. Based on this assumption, this article shows the importance and / or need to involve the media in teaching methodologies in an interdisciplinary project, where you can count on the participation of all: students, teachers, coordinators, principals and other education professionals with in order to not only pass on content, but build knowledge with the help of information technology.
