Abstract

This article explores the advancements, impacts, and challenges of technology in education, combining analyses of interviews with experienced educators and a review of Brazilian academic literature. Adopting a qualitative approach, the study involved semi- structured interviews with teachers from various educational levels and specializations, aiming to capture a broad range of perceptions about the use of technology in education. The results highlight the need for a balanced pedagogical approach that values both technological innovations and traditional methods. Continuous educator training emerged as a fundamental need, pointing to the importance of professional development.
