Positive management can play a significant role in various contexts, with a wide range of contributions and the need to understand its particularities for the exercise of best practices. The relationship between school patrols and educational institutions must be guided by ethical and structural processes. The aim of the study was to analyze how different researchers understand the action of school patrols in relation to positive management, exploring their potentialities and challenges. Through bibliographic and qualitative research, the results stand out. The selected authors and works engage in a dialogue about the action of school patrols, emphasizing their challenges and potentialities. Among the highlighted possibilities, the necessary training for the work, interdisciplinarity, and multiprofessionalism are reiterated. The research contributes to understanding legislative and technical aspects of positive management, focusing on the action of school patrols in their interaction with schools, as well as in identifying gaps and necessary dialogues for improving attention processes.
