Systemic and autoimmune diseases often initially manifest themselves in oral tissues in the form of lesions, which are related to complaints and discomforts that decrease the quality of life of patients. When individuals are carriers of systemic diseases this can weaken tissue resistance, exhibiting lesions of rapid progression with stomatological manifestations that affect the color and shape of one or more anatomical structures, can compromise areas of mucosa, teeth, periodontal tissues and salivary glands. The performance of a dental surgeon is fundamental for the correct management of these individuals in their health demand. The development of this work focuses on describing the correlation of oral lesions associated with the systemic conditions of the following diseases: Hypophosphatemic rickets, Anemia, Sjögren's Syndrome, Crohn's Disease, Behçet Disease, Diabetes mellitus, Addison's Disease, Systemic Lupus erythematosus. This is a literature review search, in the database of Google Acadêmico, Scielo, PubMed, Medline and VHL (Virtual Health Library), with a time frame from 2017 to 2023, using the following descriptors: Dry Syndrome, Behçet Syndrome, Crohn's Disease, Diabetes mellitus, Addison's Disease, Systemic lupus erythematosus.
