Abstract

This article entitled The act of playing in early childhood education: playfulness and learning proposes a bibliographical review with the aim of reflecting on the importance of the act of playing in early childhood education, combining playfulness and learning, in addition to thinking about the educational role of the teacher as a motivator of these activities and learning. It is known that when children interact with peers, through games and toys, they are encouraged to speak, listen, make choices, interpret and symbolize different actions which require imagination, exposure of their own opinion, as well as respect for others. It is. mainly, encouraged to resolve conflicts. All of this allows you to gradually know, understand and interact in life in society.
