The food industry is a pillar of the world economy, modernizing its production with technological advances in production processes, it now guarantees large-scale production with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing expenses. This study aims to analyze the implementation of BIG BAG in the production process of a snack factory, facing problems such as operational errors and waste of raw materials. The results obtained by the solution adopted by the company generated changes in process times, production numbers, layout and reduced labor costs. It is concluded that the objectives were achieved, since the changes implemented resolved the problems that impacted the factory's indicators.
