The end of World War II followed intense social and economic changes, as well as marked by the advent of the Creation of the United Nations. This framework enabled a dialogue between states with the aim of sharing and reflecting on possible solutions to existing global problems. This period was then marked by the rise of human rights and the inclusion of Fundamental Rights within the Brazilian Federative Constitution of 1988, so that it was the proclaimer of the effective recognition of the Fundamental Rights of the Human Person within the democratic state of law. Based on this assumption, the study presented here aimed to analyze the influence of fundamental rights in the promotion of the dignity of the human person, in order to achieve the objective, we used the methodology of bibliographic research in doctrines, laws, federal constitution, articles and previously published studies. So that the research has achieved its objectives and concludes that the fundamental rights contained in the Magna Carta actually act to ensure that its citizens are embraced by the principle of the dignity of the human person.
