ANALYSIS OF THE HIGH TAX BURDEN AND THE IMPACTS ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN BRAZIL

The scope of this study consists of analyzing the impacts resulting from high taxation on Brazilian entrepreneurs. The choice of this theme is based on its timeless nature, considering the imperative of entrepreneurship as a catalyst for national development, providing substantial improvements for society as a whole. The methodology adopted in this work adheres to the descriptive approach, based on qualitative research, with the bibliographic survey as a primary instrument to give the reader an understanding of the gap that exists in Brazil's development. At the end of this analysis, the understanding is drawn that the onerous tax burden is a determining factor in the slowdown in national progress. This assertion arises from the difficulties faced and the lack of motivation created due to the lack of government stimuli. It is concluded, therefore, that excessive taxation is directly responsible for the slowdown in the country's development, highlighting the complexities and challenges imposed on.
