Abstract

The present study is about women's struggle for the right to land and began to be prepared because it was understood that changes in environmental and of land regularization once again redirects the agendas of social movements linked to the agrarian issue for land ownership, NGOs and environmental entities. The increase in deforestation and violence in the countryside between 2016 and 2022, notably in the States of the Legal Amazon, the new Brazilian agricultural frontier, occurs due to the action of agribusiness with the militant support of the ruralist bench in the National Congress for the reduction of UCs - Conservation Units and review of IT demarcations - Indigenous Lands culminate with changes to law 11,915/2009, which created the Legal Land.
