The article focuses on the strategies used by physical education professionals to overcome the difficulties imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic, which at the same time required isolation and social distancing and actions to promote the population's quality of life. In discussing this issue, this article seeks to assess the importance of technology, combined with interdisciplinary knowledge, as a working tool in physical education and its main objective is to discuss the difficulties faced by physical education teachers as a result of the covid-19 pandemic. Methodologically, the article uses a case study, a literature review and interviews. The analysis of the data and information collected shows that the use of technological resources has great potential and is of great importance to the work of physical education professionals, making an effective contribution to promoting quality of life and maintaining the mental health of the population reached through the use of the service.
