In addition, in a more punctual way, the work in question seeks to elucidate the limitation of the working day in the Federal Constitution, to study the changes brought about by Law No. 13,467 of 2017 (Labor Reform) about telework, as well as to list possible challenging situations in the control of the working day during the covid-19 pandemic.
