ABSTRACT: This article aims to present the contributions that Playful Pedagogy offers as a learning resource in Early Childhood Education. From this perspective, we approach methods of playful activities that can favor children's intellectual development. We emphasize the importance of the family as a fundamental part for this interaction between the student and the school to establish positive results for the student's school life. In addition, we emphasize that the inclusion of children with special needs in the practice of playfulness in a group includes the factors of engagement, inclusion and cognitive development, contributing to children's learning regardless of their specificities and limitations. The work with playfulness in Early Childhood Education works as an effective teaching method, making learning more enjoyable and effective.
