Abstract

This article examines the sexual and reproductive rights of Black Women, which is a fundamental element for social justice and public policies to combat violence, given that black women in Brazil are the main victims, due to race, color and social class, leaving them exposed due to their vulnerability, being the focus between birth policies and population control policies, subject to violation of rights by the State, such as the eugenic sterilization policy that reduced birth rates.
