UNIONISM OF THE STATE NETWORK OF PERNAMBUCO: A STUDY ON THE COLLECTIVE MOBILIZATION IN PROL DA EDUCAÇÃO AND OF ITS AFFILIATES

As an entity representing two workers in education, the Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação de Pernambuco – SINTEPE contributes to structural changes starting in the 20th century with the immediate restructure and governance of the state that orchestrates the understanding of education in contemporary times. The ideological conception to which the union is defined, or SINTEPE, has an important role in the construction of public educational policies of the State of Pernambuco, which corroborates the importance of city participation and two educational professionals in the context that defines it. Where from two years 90 marked by new consciência to execute actions with logic and always seeking to break the challenges in the collective construction of policies that benefit their associates and consequently society. From this understanding, the main objective of this study is to discover how and in what circumstances the Sindicato dos Trabalhadores de Educação do Estado de Pernambuco (SINTEPE) sees acting as an agent of collective mobilization in the promotion of education and of its members, aiming The best working conditions and teaching of educational professionals. Aliás, analyzing the trajectory of the teaching union in its relationship with power and its experiences and union practices. The study is of a basic nature, of a descriptive nature and a qualitative and quantitative approach. The research subjects for 06 managers and 120 professors affiliated to the sub-headquarters of the Pernambuco Teachers' Union, totaling 126 participants, have as a data collection instrument the application of a questionnaire. From two data raised, the results suggest that the main factors that the teachers of the public network of the state of Pernambuco are affiliated with SINTEPE are the following: Valorization of the category; Necessidade de melhoria da qualidade de sinino-learning; Defense of working conditions of the category; Economic-financial defense of associates, with the establishment of a fair salary floor for teachers; fight for the best infrastructure and safety of professionals in education and students. It was also verified the absence of a career plan and continued training as an instrument to stimulate the personal and professional growth of associates, compatible with the role of professor in the construction of society. However, teachers recognize the Union as a very important element for the organization of the category. Embora haja criticisms, and very much, that the Union has to conquer, without doubt it is essential for the best of the conditions of the category. Concluding that the strengthening of the participation of workers is essential for unions to be able to articulate offensive actions of real fights for better salaries of the category they represent, and conditions worthy of work, as well as drawing up a panorama of the reality of work in Brazilian education.
