Abstract

When addressing the topic, several factors are taken into account, such as the social issue, the relationship of society with this individual and how he is treated in social life and in the Brazilian penitentiary system and the cause of this disease, what is the approach in the judiciary, in the same line of reasoning this disease and psychic disorder, a psychopathy that affects his form of social interaction, often antisocial behavior takes an irregular form in society. In the broadest sense, a psychopathy is a disease caused by an organic abnormality in the brain. In the narrower sense, it is a synonym for psychosis (mental illness of neurological or psychological origin). Devoid of moral, ethical and human conscience, they have uncompromising attitudes towards others and social rules, and are characterized by a significant lack of empathy). One of the problems is that people who behave psychopathically are not seen as having a mental illness, but in the eyes of legal professionals we try to treat them as a disease, because the crime they committed was not in their normal state. Seeking a reaction from society towards them in a harmonious way, because these people need treatment.
