This article addresses indiscipline in Early Childhood Education by teachers as one of the main difficulties in pedagogical work, and how Psychopedagogy can contribute to minimizing learning difficulties arising from this situation. It aims to analyze child indiscipline from a psychopedagogical perspective. The article was guided by the theoretical contribution of several authors such as: Piaget (1994), Vygotsky (1989), Tiba (2007), Wallon (1981) among other experts cited later. The methodological procedure was carried out through a bibliographic review in light of the references cited. Setting limits with students, making it clear what can be done and in what situation they can be held accountable only helps in their personal growth and in their student activities.
