Through reflections inherent to the teacher's behavioral profile, the need arose to present some characteristics that could be useful in guiding their professional conduct. Considering that the “teacher” is the key that opens the doors to professions, their procedures must be adjusted to society’s expectations. Among other qualities, his behavior is something special, bearing in mind being monitored by his students and society, who do not let supposed hesitations go unnoticed. Your posture should be the “x-ray” of your personality, your professionalism and the person you really are. Citizenship cannot be promoted by carrying out actions that signal the opposite of it. A person, a people or a nation could never develop without the teacher's formative contribution. The relevance of your work, in favor of social evolution, is immeasurable. Just as the mechanical engineer is concerned with the development of projects to manufacture parts and/or components of a machine, the teacher similarly works with each individual to create an equitable society. The objective of this work is to explain the importance of the teacher's behavioral adjustment and the relevance of his mission for social evolution.
