The present work aims to obtain greater knowledge about the institute of collective bargaining, which in turn is an important mechanism for resolving conflicts in the labor courts, therefore, this article seeks much more than just conceptualizing the theme , but to bring information that facilitates a clear understanding of the functionality of this action in everyday life and how justice acts in a way that covers certain points that the norm cannot reach. Collective agreements inspired with the objective of improving working conditions through direct negotiation with employers through unions, however, it is normal for disagreements to occur regarding the terms signed, and it is in this conflict of ideas that collective bargaining gains focus, as well as , we will study more about this very important lawsuit.
