THE JUSTICE ACCESS IN THE STATE OF AMAZONAS AND THE PROCESS OF IT DISTRIBUTION TO THE CITIES OF THE STATE OF AMAZONAS

The propose of this study is to bring a reflection on access to justice in light of the application of the Multiport System proposed by the 2015 Code of Civil Procedure. Additionally, it sought to reflect on the application of Law within the State of Amazonas and its effectiveness, taking into account its particularities, cultural diversity and historical formation, from the formation of the capital of Amazonas, around 1669 to nowadays. Regarding the legal aspect, the discussion is based on the composition of legal institutions in the State in its historical aspects, on the process of providing justice to the other cities in the state of Amazonas and on the analysis of the assistance through the Multiple Door System (Multidoor Justice), postulated by the Civil Code Procedure in 2015, and its installation in the State of Amazonas through the institution of alternative conflict solutions, as well as its real effectiveness for the population of Amazonas. This work topic seeks to discuss the moments in which legal researches and the studies of the access to justice, even the approach brought by the CPC/2015, about which considered by operators and legal institutions of the State at the time of application and assistance to those under jurisdiction.
