This experience report succinctly presents the results obtained at Prof. Berezith Nascimento Da Silva State School, where observations, diagnosis/analysis, and content applied in the classroom were developed with teachers and students to create relevant methodologies in the teaching-learning process. This involved incorporating the digital world and digital culture while using Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICTs) through the Teaching Residency Program (TRP) of the Computer Science Teaching Degree at the State University of Amazonas, Itacoatiara Campus (UEA/CESIT). The TRP is a program from the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) that aims to enhance the students' education by developing projects that strengthen the field of practice and allow the trainee to actively exercise the relationship between theory and professional teaching practice. The report initially provides an overview of what the Teaching Residency Program is and its importance in schools and for the trainee. It addresses significant aspects experienced during the process and the educational software used. The report also highlights the importance of DICTs in the teaching-learning process of students, supported by a qualitative approach and bibliographic procedures.
