The Food and Nutrition Units (UANs) are responsible for providing balanced meals following hygienic-sanitary standards. In these places, in addition to food quality control, it is important to have assertive planning and control costs. Therefore, it is believed that for good management, the use of technical preparation sheets (FTP) is essential. The study began through bibliographical research that supported the construction of software for preparing FTP. In this context, the present study aimed to develop an application that will serve as a resource to optimize the construction of technical preparation sheets, aiming to provide assertiveness in recipes and, thus, improvement in the UAN's production and management processes. The software proved to be functional, relevant to UAN and an innovative tool.
