Fundamental rights are provided for in the Federal Constitution of 1988. Over the last few years, these rights have been conquered and gained new guidelines. Therefore, Justice needs to find subsidies and standards that enable the recognition and application of these new rights. The right to have rights enabled broad freedom of choice and protection, including regarding gender. Autistic people are inserted in the normative context and seek to expand the right to health. There is a growing multiplication of digital platforms, enabling access and transmission of data in real time. They often reveal themselves to be evil, when their content deviates from the rules of peaceful coexistence. Its regulation, criticized by some and encouraged by others, seeks to establish criteria of freedom, responsibility and transparency in the use of digital platforms.
