Abstract

The production presents and focuses on issues related to cultural events within a company and, mainly, the formation of culture within a small family organization. The research also discusses and contemplates the direct impacts of culture on employee behavior and satisfaction, as well as how this series of predispositions will influence the company's position, attracting customers and new employees. As with all cultural phenomena and representations, in the most diverse contexts, it is important to think about the impact, the power of influence and present the possible complications identified during this journey of maintenance, transfer and transmission of organizational culture.
