Abstract

This article explores the triad of contemporary challenges in education, namely the global learning crisis, school exclusion, and obsolescence in the face of technological evolution, as well as the contributing elements that exacerbate social inequalities and hinder socioeconomic development in territories. It analyzes effective strategies to enhance educational quality, such as teacher training and valorization, equity, adapted curricula, and innovative technologies. It highlights the importance of preparing for the future, emphasizing lifelong learning, digital skills, and problem-solving. The article discusses the need to invest in teacher training and careers, as well as in technical-administrative professionals working in the sector, school infrastructure, and sectoral partnerships. It evaluates successful experiences from countries. It addresses strategic governance, transparency, effectiveness, efficiency, and anti-corruption efforts as pillars to achieve lasting socioeconomic progress.
