Health education practices in primary care are of paramount importance, especially in the context of Systemic Arterial Hypertension (SAH). Therefore, the present work aimed to carry out health promotion through the creation of a "Circuit in Health" with the aim of preventing and raising awareness about arterial hypertension, through educational actions carried out by medical students, coordinated by their respective internship preceptor. The intervention was developed for registered users of the Basic Health Unit (UBS), in Redenção-PA, and also to meet the free demand of the respective micro areas. Thus, through an approach that was easy to understand, the intervention was based on developing the patient's autonomy, through knowledge about arterial hypertension. However, it is evident that educational activities in primary care are essential to promote knowledge about the pathologies that affect them and encourage their self-care. Finally, the relevance of health education activities in primary care is notorious, with the aim of promoting a holistic and integrated approach, aiming to improve the well-being and quality of life of patients.
