VIRTUAL REALITY APPLIED IN TEACHING OF THE BIOLOGY: AN EXPERIENCE REPORT IN A PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL IN THE STATE OF AMAZONAS

The article presents the work done under the Supervised Internship in Computing II of the Degree in Computing. Thus, it is justified to demonstrate how the licensing was inserted in teaching. The present work is classified as an experimental research, since students and teachers are objects of study. At the first moment, the classes taught by the teacher were observed, to identify the contents that the students had the most difficulties. After identifying this content, a whole planning based on cell content was performed that the students had, but had learning disabilities. Thus, it was concluded that during the practical classes, the development, participation and attention of the students was greater than in the only expository classes for this reason the virtual reality was used as a proposal to assist in the learning increasing the engagement and making the learning more effective and enjoyable.
