Abstract

This article aims to study the award-winning delation and its notes, for this, an analysis took place in the historical context, observing the evolution of society, technology and globalization, which allowed the increase and modification of new types of crimes, such as, for example, the crime of criminal organization, making them more complex and advanced. In this article, it will be discussed about the award-winning delation in comparative legislation, in countries like Italy, United States of America, which had a lot of influence in the Brazilian legal system.
