Abstract

This article highlights the importance of financial education in small and medium-sized organizations. Based on the results obtained through the survey, it is evident that solid financial knowledge is crucial for the success and sustainability of businesses. Financially healthy companies have greater capacity to invest and expand, boosting the local economy and job creation. However, small and medium-sized companies generally have fewer resources to invest in financial education, making the implementation of programs in this area even more crucial. It is recommended that these organizations plan and invest in lectures, workshops, online courses and adequate management systems. Furthermore, it is essential to include financial education from the early stages of professional training, preparing future generations for effective and responsible financial management in their personal and professional lives. This study is expected to highlight the importance of financial education and encourage actions that promote sustainable development and strengthen the local economy.
