Abstract

This article presents a study carried out on Management Tools in a Logistics company located in Palmas - TO. The main objective was to investigate how these tools contribute, facilitate and improve the management of the company in question. The results highlighted the importance of using Management Tools in the Logistics company to boost success and competitiveness in the current market. These tools allow the optimization of processes, the improvement of operational efficiency and they base decisions on accurate data, making the company more agile, efficient and prepared to face the challenges of the logistics sector.
